Product launch and our role in client’s business development
Situation

A kerala headquartered private bank approached us when their investment in technology for a product did not result in helping them grow the business.

The underlying task involved covering all aspects of the business, compare with competition and suggest solutions to improve the business.

Undertook market study and competition analysis, created a working group of users to understand the issues and challenges faced by them in scaling up identified branches with potential for business. Conducted training for the product along with the head office product team on the product and processes. Facilitated system tracking of various opportunities.

Outcome

Built a solution with some changes to the existing product; this was done with the objective of building competitiveness in the market. These changes resulted in building a robust pipeline of business opportunities within 3 months of this intervention.
