were embarking on a critical TQM journey. Team Whitebridge’s collective experience and expertise
in handling similar projects helped us discuss various options and concur on the most optimal way

With 2 dedicated people on ground and 2 more senior consultants active engagements, process
mapping on IBM Blueworks Tool was successfully delivered across all functions, which is a significant
milestone.The team facilitated brainstorming sessions, detailed process walkthroughs, helped
identify and onboard a process mapping tool, capture detailed process steps on the tool, identified
process gaps, captured manual vs. automated activities, thereby doing a thorough analysis of
existing processes. They also enabled identification of opportunities for next phase of operational
excellence / re-engineering.
