A change in the Parent company's ownership resulted in a cascading change across the organization for our client, an IT Firm, based out of Chennai. They sought our expertise to help tackle the change dynamically.
The underlying task involved covering all business and support functions in the organization i.e. HR, Finance, Admin, Compliance, Operations and IT to assess changes to people, systems, legal agreements etc.
We undertook review of all processes, analysis of current state, gaps identification and recommendation to address gaps.
Outcome
While our client had a number of pressing priorities following the change, we played a key role in helping them with observations and findings. It helped them embrace change and also scale up more sustainably. We continue to be their trusted partner.
